il comando va eseguito come root

quindi con:

1) sudo su

poi 

2) mysql_secure_installation

quando ti chiedera la password di root devi solo premere invio in quanto nella prima installazione non esiste.

Hai aperto la porta 80 nel router che punti a ip interno tuo raspberry ?

no , perchè? 
Scusami mi ha dato un errore, la procedura non è andata buon fine.
quando ho lanciato il comanto: sudo certbot --apache
la prima cosa mi ha chiesto email 
poi di accettare i termini
poi di mettere un nome 
qui mi ha dato errore
forse ho tradotto male ?
mi puoi indicare i poassaggi in questa fase.

Devi aprire nel router la porta 80 che reindirizzati il traffico 80 qui di su ip raspberry altrimenti il certificato non verrà generato.

ti consiglio no-ip se hai ip temporaneo, altrimenti usaxquello statico

Ti chiederà dominio fqdn
